Day
1.
Arrive at Glasgow airport. Met by Golf in Scotland's golf escort
who will be with your party for the week. Transfer to the old Prestwick
Golf Course. The first ever Open event was played here in 1860 and
last played here in 1925 After golf, transfer to your preferred
accommodation . Dinner in the hotel.
Day 2. Golf on Turnberry Ailsa
Course.
Remember the momentous dual between Tom Watson ans Jack Nicklaus
in 1977, or Nick Price's enormous putt on the 17th in 1994. Dinner
at recommended restaurant.
Day
3. Golf at Royal Troon.
try to start like Greg Norman did on the last day of the Open in
1989 with 6 birdies in a row. Unfortunately, his charge was in vain
after losing in the play-off to Mark Calcavecchia. After golf, transfer
to St Andrews. Later, a stroll round the atmospheric town of St
Andrews, finishing with dinner in a local restaurant.

4. am Golf on St Andrews Old Course.
Almost every golfer has a memory of atleast one British Open whether
it is Tiger winning in 2000, Ballesteros's celebrations on the 18th
in 1984, Doug Sanders 2 foot putt miss in 1970, David Duvall's attempts
in the road hole bunker or Jack Nicklaus standing on the Swilken
Bridge saying farewell. The atmosphere of St Andrews is just magical.

Golf on St Andrews New Course or Kingsbarns. Tom Morris designed
the St Andrews new Course in 1894. The new course is favoured by
many locals as being a better course than The old Course.
Day
5.
Golf at Carnoustie.
Along with Turnberry it is one of the most difficult courses on
the Open circuit. Unlike Jean Van de Velde, can you make 6 down
the last, or can you drive the ball up Hogan's Alley on the par5,
6th hole. Transfer to Edinburgh. Dinner in Edinburgh restaurant.
Day
6. Golf
at Muirfield.
Venue of this years Open and previous Ryder Cups, is home to the
oldest club in the world "The Honourable Company of Edinburgh
Golfers" with its many bunkers Muirfield is a delight as well
as a great challenge.

7. Transfer
to Edinburgh Airport.
